Anna Gralinska Schram

Anna brings over a decade of financial and corporate communications experience to her consulting projects. Her background includes all aspects of investor relations, mergers and acquisitions communications, public disclosure management, business plan development and technology marketing in settings ranging from private equity funds and emerging biotech firms to Fortune 500 travel, real estate services and technology companies.

Prior to her freelance consulting work, Anna was Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at San Diego based Cadence Pharmaceuticals, a publicly traded, early stage biopharmaceutical company. There she developed and managed investor and corporate communications programs to increase the visibility of Cadence within the investment community and the media, solicited research coverage from Wall Street analysts and designed processes to track competitive intelligence.

Prior to Cadence, Anna was Director of Investor Relations at New York City based Cendant Corporation, a Fortune 500 travel and real estate services company, where she served as a spokesperson to the investment and business media communities, worked with senior executives to craft communication plans around several large acquisitions and divestitures and managed the company’s annual investor meetings, quarterly earnings reports and annual reports. During her tenure, Cendant’s IR team was ranked first in Institutional Investor magazine’s 2003 poll of investors for “Best Investor Relations in Business & Professional Services Industry”.

Anna began her career as Associate Investment Analyst at Poland Growth Funds, a private equity firm with focus on Eastern and Central Europe.

Anna holds an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and a BA in International Relations from Wesleyan University.
